About this deal

I like that Holly and Tog try to find evidence for Ola but when they are looking Max finds them with a Santa outfit and then blew fairy dust at them. I like that chapter 49 is a high for Tog then chapter 50 says he is in police cell because his bag was full of lemurs that weren't his and could be charged with toy stealing. Tog thought him being a reindeer elf was going well until he came into work and heard that an elf (Tog) had give Rudolph magic oats. When Tog told Ola he was fired immediately.

Christmas is not about religion or toys. It is a few days of public holidays that free the workers to spend time with friends and family. It is a break. Coffee house Caffè Nero has announced the 16-strong shortlist for the inaugural Nero Book Awards, recognising the outstanding books of the past 12... This book is perfect for 8+ readers who want to discover the true meaning of gift giving. It is a relatively simple read which could be devoured in a few sittings, perfect for in between the many Christmas events families have planned at a busy time of year. The book has been on my nightstand as I have been reading it this week and my 9 year old daughter is desperate to read it next!

It's business as usual in the run up to Christmas at Santa's Workshop - and toy elves Holly and Tog are busy making gifts for children all around the world. But Father Christmas isn't feeling well, and Holly is worried that things won't be finished on time. Inventing a robot to help out with festive duties seems like a fantastic idea, until Father Christmas is KIDNAPPED and a race against time to save him and the big day begins. Enchanting, funny and intriguing in equal measure' Philip Ardagh on The Night I Met Father Christmas Dapo Adeola, Tracy Darnton, Joseph Coelho and Chitra Soundar are among the 19 authors and illustrators longlisted for the Inclusive Books for Child... The winners of the Diverse Book Awards 2023 have been announced, with one winner from each of the four categories announced: Picture book, Children...

This is a delightful book about career aspirations and reality. It is also about free toys vs online shopping. Bubbles with warmth and mischievous humour . . . irresistible' Alexander Armstrong on The Night I Met Father Christmas

I liked that the reader got to find out that there is more than one type of christmas elf, as Tog is now training to be a reindeer elf. Tog got to meet Rudolph who can talk unlike the other reindeers. I like that Steinar has apology to Tog after saying he had no christmas spirit but in actually fact his spirit is so high it is off the scale, because of Santa loving the lemur Tog has became a toymaking elf. I like the different components in this book like the lists and bullet points. I also like that you get to meet more characters throughtout the chapters like Tog's older siblings Bay and Bo.
